This is basically reminding everyone of December's environmental disaster in Tennessee.
Why am I bringing this back up? Because if we don't remember the past, this will keep happening again and again and again...
Please...even if you start out by cleaning up your neighborhood and/or write or call your elected officials on the city, state and federal level to help clean up the environment, it'll happen...and a lot quicker than if you do nothing!

Have you seen the Coen Brothers' new ad?
Folks, I'm on an email list from from Care2 news.
So what? you ask. Isn't everyone on an email list these days?
Care2 news is an environmental email list. The lastest one had a link to the Coen brothers' latest ad, which is on YouTube. It's about "clean coal" and very important. Usually, I don't want to put someone else's YouTube post on here, but, darn it folks, this is important. (And yes, it is from the Coen Brothers. Please, do not think that I made this; they did. But it is still important.)

Tennessee Spill
I was surprised this past Monday when NBC Evening News broke the news of the coal ash spill in Roane County, Tennessee. Since then, it has become apparent that the spill was far worse than first reported.
I plan to write more on this over the next few days. In the meantime, I have posted several links to check:
